I am so honored to serve as the president of the Eta Tau chapter of Kappa Delta. Being part of an organization founded on love, sisterhood and unity is beyond empowering. Kappa Delta has given me so many avenues to build life long friendships and make lasting impacts in the community through our philanthropic work. Kappa Delta has given me confidence, opportunity, lasting memories, and a support system when I needed it most. I am so eager to serve as president for this year and give back to an organization that has changed my life and shaped me into the friend, student, leader, and woman I am today.
VP Memeber Education
I am so grateful to be apart of an organization that is so supportive, loving, and motivating. I know I have 150 women there to celebrate and fall back on for every season of my life. Serving as VP of Member Education I have the privilege of educating our new members and whole chapter throughout my term. Eta Tau has shaped me into the women I am today.
My name is Cassidy Wollen and I am the Vice President of Membership for the Eta Tau Chapter of Kappa Delta. As the VP-M I deal with all things recruitment and sisterhood. I work closely with our sisterhood to plan events throughout the year, and act as our chapters personal cheerleader! I Love Kappa Delta because I have found the sisters I have always wanted. I have two brothers and while I love them very much I have always longed for a sister and through kappa delta that wish came true. These girls are my support system, my best friends, and some of the most important people in my life. Kappa Delta has impacted my life in ways I would never have imagined.
As VP-O I am in chave of maintaining efficiency within the chapter, manage and encourage our appointed officers, staying consistent with our developmental program/goals, and transitioning officers at the end of each term. I love Kappa Delta because this organization is full of women who push you to your limit in all the best ways. Kappa Delta makes you rise to its standards and does not lower to meet your goals. This has been my consistent motivation for the last two years and I am forever grateful for these experiences.
VP Community Service
I am the Vice President of Community Service for the Eta Tau chapter at FGCU. As VP-CS I plan the shamrock event in fall and spring semester. Each semester I host Girl Scout events, set up Children Advocacy Center tours, hold road cleanups, and communicate with local organizations to host many extra service opportunities. I love Kappa Delta because it has helped me grow as a leader and become more confident. This sisterhood has given me the best friends and so many unforgettable memories that I will cherish forever.
VP Public Relations
I couldn't be more grateful to be apart of a sisterhood that is so supportive and loving. Kappa Delta has made me into the leader I have always wanted to be and given me my best friends. As VP of Public Relations I focus on the reputation of our organization and get to share an inside look of our sisterhood with the Florida Gulf Coast University community.
Welcome to Eta Tau! My name is Erin Wilcoxon and I'm 21 from Daytona Beach and I'm majoring in marketing. Joining Kappa Delta has made me grow in so many different ways. One of the main ways is certainly by expanding my leadership capabilities and confidence within myself. I am so grateful for all the love and support this sisterhood gives.
I am so proud to be part of an organization that is so loving and welcoming. I have met the strongest women and found my forever friends throughout my years in Kappa Delta. Our sisterhood radiates with confidence and empowerment. As Secretary I take minutes in Chapter and at Council meetings to record everything said and done. I also handle our chapter attendance to events and meetings. Each Spring semester, Secretary plans our annual composite photography session and organizes the process. I am excited to continue this term and have a successful year in Kappa Delta.
My position is all about acting as a resource for sisters that may need help, education the chapter on finances, and making sure our chapter is doing the most that we can with our budget! I love our sisterhood because I can rely on any Kappa Delta women to be there for me, and I love being able to reciprocate that for my sisters.
